Built on Honesty. Driven by Craftsmanship.
Summit Base Construction was founded on a simple idea: building a home should be an exciting experience, not a stressful one.
Our Story
With 20 years in the construction industry, founder Derek Stevens started Summit Base Construction to give homeowners a builder they could trust. He wanted clear answers, fair pricing, and work done right the first time. Today, our team brings that same commitment to every project we take on, from new custom homes to major renovations.
We stay closely involved in every build, so you always know who you’re working with and where your project stands.
What We Stand For

You’ll never have to wonder what’s happening on your project. We provide regular updates from start to finish.
Commitment
Your home is one of the biggest investments you’ll make. We treat it that way.
